● Oversees the operations area of the supported regional offices with the assistance of the Director, Clinical Operations. Responsible for the day-to-day branch operations.
● Help technologists including CT, MRI, X-ray and Ultrasound patients to prepare before the exam, IV Insertion
● Creation of the monthly staff schedule and input into the scheduling and time tracking system
● Provide leadership to all branch operations to create excellent patient, physician and employee experiences. Ensure the resolution of technical problems with all branch equipment, calling vendor or technical support staff as required.
● Assist employees in the completion of incident reports. Submit to HR and JHSC
● Provide quick and effective responses and resolution to client complaints ensuring that the problem resolution standards are understood and followed by all staff within the branch/district.
● Organizing and processing requisitions, patient screening forms and inputting patient and procedure information into the Radiant software. Schedule and confirm medical appointments and receive and communicate messages for medical staff and patients
Direct experience in communicating with the clients and their families in a respectful and helpful manner
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of office administrative procedures, attention to details and ability to operate a range of office equipment for sorting email, billing procedures drafting letters, editing documents
Pertain the skills to improve the quality of care provided to the clients and their families Familiar with clinical procedures and in particular with radiology wing
Conduct research; demonstrate critical thinking, and effective decision-making skills to support strategic and operational goals
Manage human resources, human relations, organizational culture and environment, and union relations using leadership and management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills mainly in English and Hindi languages

· Produce managerial correspondence and reports accurately by specified deadlines using research and analyzing information on available computer technology and professional writing standards.
· Assess the components of the Canadian and Ontario health care systems large-scale projects and the external environmental factors affecting the management of various Health Care organizations.
· Analyze the laws, regulations, court decisions, and health policy that affect healthcare organizations and health services delivery.
· Apply principles of operational planning, project management, and quality management with Manager and director to support health care operations including recruiting strategies to support efficient team. Functioning Knowledge of Health Care funding in Canada; financial statements of healthcare entities, how to manage a healthcare cost Centre budget and how to apply performance measurement techniques.
· Apply the key concepts of Project Management to enable projects to be delivered on budget and me.
