• Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
• Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and
other staff members
• Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for
parents, guardians, or supervisor
• Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive,
emotional and social development of children
• Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
• Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
• Assist with proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
• Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
• Maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping and cooking duties
• Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
• May assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.

• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner
• Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and RBC's Code of Conduct and Ethics.

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers and our associates
• Inbound orders from new and existing customers
• Recruiting New Associates
• Complete Associate match and dispatch, utilizing tools to find the best associate match for open positions
• Resolving customer disputes and concerns by using good judgment to make independent great decisions for customers
• Processing payroll for associates in a timely manner according to payroll process parameters.

• Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies
• Training and developing Team Members to achieve operational excellence
• Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the Team
• Ensuring all staff follow health, safety, and security codes.
