I have been an AS-03 Indeterminate Public Service employee since October 2001. Since October 7, 2019, I have been working in the Director General’s Office, Atmospheric Science & Technology Directorate within the Science & Technology Branch at Environment & Climate Change Canada as the Executive Assistant and more recently as the Personnel Management Planner. I am a highly motivated, bilingual, positive and dedicated person who is client-oriented, always eager to serve and provide excellent client service. I take pride in the work I do, the service I give, and I always want to evolve and learn new skills. I am very keen to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities.

  • Branch Co-Liaison & Core-Member on the Science & Technology Mental Health Committee: track, monitor, and update action plans, maintain correspondence and lead communication responses. I received an ADM Award for my hard work and dedication as part of the STB MH Committee. I provide invaluable support to the branch champion and continue to demonstrate significant leadership in this work.
  • Corporate ECCC level coordinator for our River Road building: Maintain correspondence, lead communication and coordinate/organize events to support the Acting Senior Building Officer (SBO) at River Road Building. Respond to requests within established timelines and deliverables. Share timely information with staff as appropriate to inform of actions/status. Store appropriate documents in necessary electronic repositories. Review/maintain/bring forward document management best practices. I received an instant award and recognition for my work on the Take Our Kids to Work Day initiative.
  • Mentoring, guiding and support of new AS-01s/AS-02s
  • I created an MS 365 Atmospheric Science and Technology (ASTD) Employee Training Survey and worked on the results and key findings via a PowerPoint presentation for the Director General
