Seasonal work from December to April

As a snow school administrator my job required me to interact with customers to book lessons, to schedule instructors and to complete payroll for the instructors. This position also required many other office and on snow tasks at the direction of our snow school director.

Working on the dockside with clients renting stand up paddleboard's and kayak's I was responsible for ensuring they receive a proper instruction on the basic use of the equipment.

While working within the retail shop i was responsible for interacting with client and answering an in queries that ad regarding the product

• Collected payment by cash, debit or credit card and used Point of Sale system to process transaction.
• Greeted customers entering store and offered assistance with requirements.

• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Helped customers locate products and checked store system for merchandise at other sites.
• Prepared merchandise for sales floor by pricing or tagging.
