Accomplishments

  • In recognition of my contribution to the group, I was awarded a Beyond Excellence award by the group for excellence in teamwork in 2022.
  • I initiated, designed, documented, and implemented a process flow that consolidated the groups vendor payment (more than $ 32m annually) into a single team in the department. I also took the responsibility of leading that team for seamless delivery. This helped to increase productivity in the technology space.
  • I redesigned the leave tracking and reporting framework of the department. This resulted in the department achieving over 95% leave utilization by the end of the leave cycle. The best performance reported.
  • In 2018, I took up the project to ensure that I secure the group's National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) certificate. I collated all receipts, evidence and records to gather and approach the Funds. After several engagements, we were issued our first ever certificate of compliance with no extra charge or penalty.
  • I was part of the team that corrected a system configuration error in tax deduction from employees. We detected the error and made a presentation to management for the correction. We ended a more than 7 years error in tax computation deduction.
