• Organize and facilitate various activities and tournaments. Coordinate audio visual equipment for the event, and operate spotlight equipment for production shows.
• Greet and socialize with guests as the depart for and return form shore excursions.

• As onboard onboard Loyalty Ambassador, greet guest and offer assistance to increase guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate through meetings, calls and emails with other departments to resolving complex issues and providing exceptional service at all times.
• Host private event and ensure that repeating guests receive all the loyalty rewards and promote the loyalty program to all new cruisers.
• Service and process new individual and group cruise reservations for onboard guests by utilizing AS400 and Siebel system. Offer air and hotel accommodations, shore excursions and more. Provide professional cruise knowledge to assist guests to find the most suitable itineraries and sales promotions.
