Provides information to potential international students and their Agents related to all financial inquires, including invoices, scholarships, payment plan inquiries, payment deadlines, payment options, etc.
• Supports new & current students through payment applications and other finance related issues
• Provides general information for students inquiring about financial and insurance information
• Posting payments, notifies new students about account balances or other items related to NC Student Accounts.
• Triage, sort, and reply to shared email inboxes to further handling by international finance team members
• Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries
Investigates students’ tuition payments and timelines and informs students
• Identifies and troubleshoots technical issues with payments through multiple sources (e.g. CIBC portal)
• Advises students on payment deadlines, balances, scholarship dates/statues, withdrawal refund status, etc.
