Almost 20 years in the organisation, I led several teams in several capacities

2005 - 2016: I led a team of 50+ business development executive and managers to generate business and partnership opportunities for Newgen across the globe. With our efforts, we were able to do business in more than 70 countries across the globe for our software solution.

During this journey, I had the fortune to coach and guide more than 350 several experienced and fresh candidates who had been in the team during this time.

I was also invited as guest lecturer and had taken classes during academic sessions on International business and recruit fresh graduates from several institutes.

2016 - 2024: I started the Canada operation of Newgen from Scratch and built the business to generate a profitable P&L within 3 years. During this period, I built a very capable team locally in Canada.

• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Gained strong leadership skills by managing projects from start to finish.
• Cultivated interpersonal skills by building positive relationships with others.

Coaching, Training, Guiding, teaching with hands on practical corporate experience comes naturally to me. I have been very effective in helping to bridge the gap between Academic and corporate world for new graduates
