Successfully carrying out following tasks and responsibilities:
• Facilitating two cross-functional Scrum teams, comprising total of 15 members, to streamline and deliver multiple cross-reference data products and enhancements
• Facilitating all aspects of Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Successfully carried out following tasks and responsibilities:

• Facilitated teams migrating wealth management legacy CRM to Salesforce FSC and development of ‘Goal Planner’, in capacity of Senior Scrum Master
• Actively participated in various SAFe ceremonies at program level to support strategic alignment among numerous scrum teams at ART (Agile Release Train) level
• Proactively facilitated identification of cross team dependencies, related risks, and mitigation strategies
