With several different areas of work, I have gained and utilized many skills and practices. As a reliable shift leader at Dairy Queen, I learned how to lead a team positively and constructively. With skills of delegation, communication, and accountability. I also gained knowledge with Excel and handling money. While as a server I have learned how to work at peak efficiency and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction. Occasionally using problem-solving skills with customers. The greenhouse provided me with further customer service skills.
