Experienced as a shift manager, I understand the importance of following procedures and stick by the rules. Communication is very important to me in a work environment. As well as criticism to help me learn and use my skills to handle situations on my own or more effectively. I'm often left in charge when the manger needs me at my current work environment. I did decline the manager position at my new job because I knew I wanted to pursue a job in serving as the experience is needed for a job im working towards in the near future.
