Samantha Dodge

A sociable and approachable business student from California, currently studying abroad in Australia at Griffith University, I am pursuing a Bachelor's in General Business with a minor in Sustainability from Hawaii Pacific University. With strong leadership skills and the ability to initiate conversations effortlessly, I thrive in customer-facing roles and team environments. I have previous experience as a restaurant hostess, where I have worked in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring excellent multitasking abilities. My work experience in retail includes positions at Jack's Surfboards, where I developed strong communication and organizational skills while assisting customers and maintaining store operations. Additionally, I have volunteered in various roles, including customer service at Flower Tortillas and animal care at WAGS Pet Adoption, further strengthening my interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Passionate about sustainability and fostering positive relationships, I am eager to contribute to Yochi’s mission of promoting healthy treats and excellent customer service.

2011-2022, I have played competitive softball starting at the age of seven on both Travel club and High School Softball. I enjoy teaming opportunities, and working through the good and bad times as a teammate and team leader.

2022-2026, I pursued my dream of moving to Hawaii for college and now living out my other life long dream of traveling around Australia as an exchange student at Griffith University.
