  • My daily tasks are to provide hands on support to all FOH team members and can assist BOH when needed, I’m in charge of daily cash balancing, weekly ordering and monthly inventory counts
  • I have successfully stayed on target for over a year
  • I have a great knowledge of using Dayforce management systems to assist with timesheet checks and payroll to keep our budgets in line, as predominately a closing manager, it’s my job to ensure all shutdown duties are completed and high cleanliness standards are met
  • My bar manager roles included providing training for any new bartenders, ensuring keg standard is consistent throughout the whole team, motivating my team to upselling products offering internal competitions and rewards
  • Other floor managing duties I complete include the overseeing of any Banquet Event’s or BEO’s offered in our location, ensuring that the kitchen has the information they need to prepare, the floorplans are executed as per instructions and all food and drink standards are met to the requirements

  • The main responsibility within this role was to manage a large number of drivers effectively to ensure that all parcels were delivered first time and the same day
  • This was also a customer facing role and I had to ensure that I was able to efficiently deal with any missing or lost parcels or any queries relating to why parcels were not able to be delivered
  • I was the main point of contact for all parcels coming in and out of the depot and had the huge responsibility of tracking and accounting for any packages which were missing and any which were mislabelled
  • The second role I undertook within DPD was as a Customer Relationship Manager
  • This meant that I was responsible for taking care of high spending accounts, I had to ensure that any issues or queries were answered urgently and any international queries were dealt with as a matter of priority
  • I was available to our customers any time of day and I was more than happy to deal with any queries during unsociable hours
  • I was thought of highly by all of our customers and had a very good reputation amongst our customers and my peers
