My responsibility was to task and manage 4 to 10 employees on public space hotel remodels

Responsible for filling out weekly safety sheets and employee time sheets .

Use a construction app called procore to track all progression and problems during construction .

Managed and checked all employee tasks to verify proper install of all electrical applications.

Tracked all material usage and ordered material appropriately to the demand of job usage.

Created RFI in field during construction on any problems or changes that occurred in field .

Coordinated with project manager on daily progression and kept him informed on issues or completions of tasks

Serviced all commercial restaurants and stores hvac and refrigeration systems .

Troubleshooting of hvac systems found issues and replaced parts such as compressors , circuit boards , capacitors ,fan motors ,and any electrical issues .

Responsible for tracking service hours and parts and fill out daily reports for billing of customers .

Provided regularly due maintenance on hvac systems checking pressures of refrigerant,checked all electrical components to spot any electrical damage ,and cleaned all entire contents of units.

Replace or install new electrical contactors for units .

Install electrical panels and transformers.

Design and install best pathway for electrical raceways for all branch circuitry.

Install all lighting control devices and panels such as nlight , wattstopper , Lutron , crestron etc.

Responsible for leading crews safely while also tracking work to check for proper electrical installation is up to code .

Termination of circuits into panels ,transformers , gutters , main electrical junction boxes , and also lighting control panels .

Trim out and finish all devices and lighting chandeliers , pendants , can lights , and LED tape lighting
