Dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable learning environments, 3 years of experience as an educator have equipped me with practical teaching skills and an academic background necessary to effectively support diverse student populations. Holding a BSc in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education from Lakehead University, Ontario, I am committed to creating student-centered strategies that promote academic success, retention, and personal growth. Additionally, I have demonstrated strong leadership and organizational abilities as a co-director of a theatre project advocating for the challenges of international students at Lakehead University. As a Board Member at Mendlife Foundation Canada and with First Aid and CPR (basic) certification, I am well-prepared to contribute to a safe and supportive environment. With a focus on collaboration and inclusivity, I am eager to contribute to initiatives that align institutional resources with student needs and enhance retention through early intervention and success-focused advising.
