Team Development and Supervision:

• Facilitate, recruit, and engage Peer Advisory Committee (PAC) members
• Plan, organize, and manage outreach staff shifts, outreach locations, and operating schedules on monthly basis

• Conducted case studies related to innovative, affordable housing and tiny homes provincial policy mandates and amendments to municipal residential by-laws
• Conducted literature review on provincial policy related to affordable housing, secondary dwelling units in Ontario
• Conducted 16 interviews with key experts (council members, township and municipal employees, municipal policy planners, building code etc.) in field of affordable housing
• Collected, transcribed, and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data
• Collaborated with stake holders (board members, supervisors, team leads, fellow researchers, municipal staff, and members of public)
• Facilitated meetings with key stakeholders to develop recommendations resulting from research and data analysis
• Edited and summarized research findings and themes and collaborated/validated findings with community
• Led multi-sectoral discussions to share findings of research and gain ‘buy-in’ from different community partner
• Authored final report for agency which was used to inform their strategic goals for following year
• Validated results and performed quality assurance to assess accuracy of data
