- Worked in a group of 5 individuals with different healthcare backgrounds and different skills to do a capstone project on physiotherapy clinic
- Identified key issues by looking at Staffing constraints, Operational constraints, Engagement and Marketing prospects, growth constraints, and financial aspects
- Did Internal Analysis of the clinic by using tools like SWOT analysis and McKinsey 7-S Framework
- Carried out External Analysis using PESTEL and Porter's five forces
- Developed a decision criteria to propose potential solutions and give recommendations
- Developed a report and conducted meetings with the client to make recommendations based on our findings.
