3. Conduct Inspections During the Process
Throughout production, keep an eye on quality to identify flaws early.
4. Recognise and Report Flaws
Product nonconformance should be identified and isolated.
Inform quality engineers and production supervisors of any problems with quality.
5. Encourage the Root Cause Analysis
Utilize tools such as Fishbone Diagrams and the Five Whys to aid in the analysis of flaws or failures.
Assist in carrying out preventative and remedial measures (CAPA).
