• Transporting freight across long distances and over border-crossings. Planning routes and consulting traffic and road condition updates.

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including classroom instruction, hands-on driving exercises, and simulator sessions, to equip drivers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Emphasize and enforce safety protocols, defensive driving techniques, and emergency procedures to instill a safety-first mindset in trainees.
• Stay current on transportation regulations and industry standards, ensuring that training programs align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of trainee's driving abilities and collaborating with management to identify areas of improvement and providing training programs and constructive feedback and ensuring smooth transition into the role of a professional truck driver.
• Instruct drivers on the proper operation of specialized equipment, including loading and unloading procedures, to enhance overall job proficiency.

A-Z Road Test Examiner -

• Conduct thorough A-Z truck road tests to assess the driving skills and performance of candidates, evaluating their ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles safely.
• Ensure that candidates adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and industry regulations during road tests, emphasizing the importance of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates based on their road test performance, offering practical suggestions for improvement and reinforcement of safe driving practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of each candidate's road test results, documenting strengths, areas for improvement, and overall performance.
• Stay updated on changes in transportation regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices to ensure road tests align with current standards.
