Excellent Business scripting skills and proficient in developing Use Case Models, Analysis Models, Design Models, Implementation Models, Use Case Diagrams, Context Diagrams, Dataflow Diagrams, State Transition Diagrams, Functional Storyboards, Behavior Diagrams (sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams, and activity diagrams), also Class Diagrams based on UML Standards using MS Visio. In depth experience in Requirements gathering, Functional and Technical design docs, Data Cleansing and Process Flow diagrams, Data Analysis, Linear and conceptual data modelling. Experience in analyzing and reporting using tools like Tableau, Power BI and SSRS. Experience working with Product Owner in Agile Environment to build, groom, and maintain Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and manage User Stories using JIRA/Rally. Experience in working with QA teams for creating and reviewing Test Plans and Test Cases and creating and mapping defects in the HP Quality Center and JIRA. Experience in Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution and Issue Resolution and Report Generation to assure that all aspects of a Project are in Compliance with the Business Requirements. Experience using MS Visio, MS Project and MS office tools like MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
