The main objective of my role as a coach was to instill the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and growth in young ball hockey players. I successfully completed this task by organizing creative, dynamic practices and offering assistance during games. As a referee, I ensured player safety through enforcing rules, managing game flow, and accurately documenting game reports and statistics.
