Testing and Commissioning activities on the ECLRT Project (Line 5) and on the TTC YUS Project (Line 1 re-signaling)

Working as an ITC Engineer on the ECLRT Project Nov. 2023 – Feb. 2024

  • Supported the on-site testing and commissioning activities of CITYFLOW650 CBTC System.
  • Tested moving block interlocking system functionalities, ATC system on-board functionalities.
  • Conducted testing from Operational Control Centre (OCC) for ATS system functionalities.
  • Conducted the testing of Unattended Train Operation (UTO) mode in Yard for test scenarios such as auto dispatching and auto storage of trains.
  • Troubleshooted daily ongoing issues during the operation and provide solutions to customer.
  • Provide inputs to engineering team and management team about issues found from daily operations and try to resolve quickly to mitigate any delays in operations.
  • Involved in the daily meetings with engineering team, design team, product team and management team to discuss issues found on-site.
  • Provided support to Operation and Maintenance team for maintenance of the wayside interlocking system and trackside equipment.

  • Preparation and execution of testing activities in the field (Wayside, On Board and yards) of DCS equipment on board and on the tracks.
  • Analysis of the data obtained during the various testing sessions.
  • Conducting quality activities and communicating with engineering team as part of log analysis and investigation.
