~20 years active experience with all levels of farm development, management,and maintenance. Starting from ground up
with new sites and creating and managing the construction of all infrastructure and systems,running day to day operations,by myself and or employing crews of up to fifteen workers at a time.
~I have worked every role on the farm as an employee,and know every task intimately,though for the majority of my time farming I've been self employed,running my own farms,often multiple at the same time,either by myself or employing necessary assets at various locations.
~i believe in a see something do something approach to growing,and if there is a way to improve quality,yield and health it should be done immediately,especially with regard to prevention of disease or pest infestation..
