• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce software code to facilitate services and solutions;
• Develop and customize Salesforce software code according to defined requirements;
• Review and analyze requirements to facilitate the integration of appropriate Salesforce modules;
• Create technical design documents, scope documents, and software deliverables;
• Provide support to and train SRA Staffing employees on the use of Salesforce software;
• Communicate regularly with SRA Staffing management to ensure satisfaction with and approval of project plans and suggested solutions;
• Create sanity, regression, functional, and integration test cases to ensure code deliverables;
• Upgrade Salesforce software and migrate data and third-party applications to newer versions of Salesforce products;
• Create and deploy software patches to resolve issues reported during testing;
• Resolve network and database issues within server environments;
• Identify and log Salesforce core and minor bugs in SRA Staffing’s internal systems and resolve these software issues as required;
• Set up localized technical environments to reproduce, investigate, and resolve issues and deploy Salesforce software solutions;
• Install, maintain, and upgrade software databases and Salesforce web application solutions on servers;
• Create software code packaging and mobile application building documentation according to SRA Staffing policy and procedures;
• Prioritize and delegate tasks and resources; and
• Train and mentor newly hired technical team members.
