Patient, problem-solver, and driven to put in place the strategies to help individuals with special needs adapt well in society. Throughout my three-year course of studying special care counseling, I have learned professional skills like patience, emotional intelligence, and compassion to work with special needs. My major experience covers working with the elderly population in a day center and CHSLDs. A part of my experience includes working with children with neurodevelopmental conditions. Exploring opportunities to work with different populations to widen my skill set and explore my passion for working with special needs in different working environments.
