Perform various clinical and administrative tasks to support dentists and admin staff. Key duties include:

o Providing patient care and supporting the Dentists and Hygienists

o Promoting dental health – educate patients about proper oral hygiene practices, assessing a patient's overall dental health – developing treatment plans,

o Preparing and processing x-rays.

o Assist the dentist with emergency dental work

o managing administrative tasks (updating patient charts/notes, billing, telecommunications)

o Managing the inventory of dental equipment and supplies

o Administering CPR and first aid to patients when necessary

o Sterilization of instruments and equipment including the operatory.

Perform various tasks, such as:

o Assisted customers by answering questions, offering recommendations, and providing information about products or services.

o Staying informed about the products or services in the store to effectively answer customer inquiries and recommend the best options based on their needs.

o Encouraged customers to make purchases by highlighting special deals, promotions, or complimentary products.

o Upselling or cross-selling additional items.

o Ensured the store was kept organized and well maintained.

o Displayed and organized merchandise according to company standards, making sure products were visible and accessible.

o Inventory control.

o Developing strong rapport with regular customers, creating a positive shopping experience to potentially contribute to customer loyalty and repeat business.

o Handling customer complaints.
