During my extensive tenure at Pizza Nova, I've played a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the company's operations. My journey has been marked by a commitment to addressing customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to quality service.

My responsibilities have gone beyond just engaging with customers; I've also been instrumental in managing the logistical side of the business. This includes coordinating food orders for our 141+ locations, a task that requires careful planning and organization to make sure each store has what it needs to serve our customers for the week.

In this multifaceted role, I've also managed email communications, addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns with speed and accuracy. This aspect of my job has allowed me to directly contribute to smoothing out operations and maintaining a steady flow of supplies.

My work at Pizza Nova has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, communication, and logistics management. Being a long-experienced member of the team, I've seen firsthand how crucial it is to work together and stay adaptable in a dynamic business environment. My contributions have not only supported the company's day-to-day operations but have also helped build a strong foundation for continued success and customer satisfaction.

My role of Social Media Assistant at Juliette's Place (Homeward Family Shelter), a position that allowed me to blend my passion for social media with my desire to make a meaningful impact in the community. My main task was to enhance the shelter's presence on popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Through crafting engaging posts, sharing heartwarming success stories, and highlighting the urgent needs of the shelter, I worked diligently to keep our community engaged and informed about the vital work Juliette's Place does.

A significant part of my job involved using social media to support the shelter's fundraising initiatives, notably the Dance for Hope event. By creating compelling content and campaigns, I was able to generate buzz around the event, encourage community participation, and increase donations. My efforts in promoting this event were instrumental in its success, helping to secure the necessary funds to support the shelter's mission.

Beyond promoting events and fundraising campaigns, I also took the initiative to reach out to potential donors through social media channels. This involved crafting messages that not only sought support but also shared the tangible impacts of their donations, fostering a stronger connection between the donors and the shelter.

Alongside my digital marketing responsibilities, I undertook various administrative tasks to support the shelter's day-to-day operations. This included organizing digital files, managing social media inquiries, and assisting in the preparation of promotional materials. My role was dynamic, supporting not just the shelter's digital presence but also its operational efficiency.

This experience at Juliette's Place was incredibly rewarding, offering me the chance to use my skills in social media to truly make a difference. It honed my abilities in digital communication, content creation, and community engagement, all while contributing to a cause that is close to my heart.

During my volunteer experience with the Summer Program at Catholic Crosscultural Services, I was presented with the enriching opportunity to work closely with children aged 3 to 12. This role not only allowed me to guide and supervise the children during various activities but also played a pivotal part in my personal and professional growth. Over the course of the program, I dedicated myself to creating a supportive and engaging environment that fostered the children's learning and communication skills.

My responsibilities included planning and executing educational activities that were both fun and informative, aimed at enhancing the children's cognitive and social abilities. Through interactive games, storytelling sessions, and group discussions, I was able to connect with the children on a meaningful level, encouraging them to express themselves and engage with their peers in a positive manner.

This volunteer experience also allowed me to develop new skills, particularly in areas such as leadership, patience, and effective communication.
