I possess 15 years of teaching experience as an English as a second language at the Mille-Îles School board in the north of Montreal. I support my student’s enjoyment of learning through a project-based teaching approach. I also use my love of literature to help them progress in acquiring competencies in communication, reading and writing their second language. I use technological tools and current events to help in transmitting cultural elements from Canada whilst showcasing general components of other areas of the world with the purpose to take into account my students’ multiple backgrounds.
