  • MadeFreshFoods Inc. is a production company that works on producing pre-packaged meals such as sushi and shipping it out to retail stores nearby such as Safeway.
  • My role as a production worker varied throughout my time at MadeFreshFoods. In the beginning I was working part-time afternoon shifts since I was still in High School at the time.
  • The following summer of 2021 consisted of early morning shifts and working up to 10 hours. I was able to consistently keep up with the fast paced environment and took minimal breaks.
  • I was able to meet production targets and tight deadlines by collaborating and communicating effectively with team members.
  • Helped in training new hires and monitoring them whilst focusing on my duties.
  • Contributed to a positive work environment by fostering strong relationships with team members and displaying a proactive attitude towards problemsolving.
  • High attention to detail and strong ability to recognize risks involved.
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment, especially on assembly lines.
  • Worked both morning and afternoon shifts. Experience in both opening and closing the store effectively for the next day.
