Electrical Department Supervisor

Direct reports:

  • Manage three different units under the Electrical Department (Water and power plant, electrical, and air conditioning).
  • With an average of 10 technicians per unit; directly submitting weekly reports on routine activities, and daily reports when project progressing or urgent issue arises. .
  • Responsible for conducting annual evaluation reports for employees performance which leads to increase or decrease base salaries.
  • Responsible for managing employee schedules to ensure adequate manpower team remains on sight daily and for night shifts.

Project Management

Small projects (within department units):

  • Entirely conduct small projects E.g., (Building renovation or laying underground high-voltage cable feeding some facility).
  • Managing and planning project stages and duration (UP to 3 months).

  • Attending and participating in stakeholder weekly meetings with managers and other departments/ with contractor.
  • Assisting contractor and following-up project tasks and actions frequently.
  • Conducting hand over and tests of everything in project as contractor finishing up.

  • Coordinate Weekly Preventative Maintenance Plans.
