Direct reports:

• Manage three different units under the Electrical Department (Water and power plant, electrical, and air conditioning).
• With an average of 10 technicians per unit; directly submitting weekly reports on routine activities, and daily reports when project progressing or urgent issue arises. .
• Responsible for conducting annual evaluation reports for employees performance which leads to increase or decrease base salaries.
• Responsible for managing employee schedules to ensure adequate manpower team remains on sight daily and for night shifts.

Project Management

Small projects (within department units):

• Entirely conduct small projects E.g., (Building renovation or laying underground high-voltage cable feeding some facility).
• Managing and planning project stages and duration (UP to 3 months).
• Managing and coordinating technicians and labor (10-15 at a time).
• Minimizing and reducing project cost (small projects 50,000-100,000 USD).
• Completing project with high-standard of safety and quality leads to countless outcomes such as budget reduction, local training, skill exchanging among employees and empower them by increasing self-confident and knowledge.

Major projects (Involving contractor and tens of millions of dollars cost):

• Developing, maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules, as team member presenting HOO with contractor in daily bases for as long as 2 years duration project E.g., (Electrical & Firefighting System Upgrade) project which cost over 33 million USD.
• Attending and participating in stakeholder weekly meetings with managers and other departments/ with contractor.
• Assisting contractor and following-up project tasks and actions frequently.
• Conducting hand over and tests of everything in project as contractor finishing up.

• Manage 3 maintenance departments (Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation department) and coordinate repair schedule according to priority level
• Coordinate Weekly Preventative Maintenance Plans.
• Approving delegation of Authority for acting departments supervisors.
• Approving monthly time sheets, vacations and annual evaluations for about 75 personnel.
• Supporting higher administration at conflicts and crises times to asses/ predict risks, decide and arrange fast and smooth evacuations and minimize potential looses in company's fixed and mobile assets.

• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of store sales, payment policies and security standards.
• Developed strong rapport with customers and created positive impression of business.
• Delivered energetic responses to customers in-store and by telephone, going above and beyond to serve needs.
