Held the position of Lead-Hand on a crew of 4-7 working up to 55 hours a week on a variety of residential and commercial jobs.

Gained cpnsiderable experience in ICF concrete, traditional formwork, concrete flat work and finishing, framing, roofing, window/door install, drywall & taping, finish trim work, flooring, stairs, tile, custom woodwork and more.

Required to find my role in situations with up to 15 people or completing smaller jobs leading a crew of 1-4 people.

Required to read and understand drawings.

Started as general labour but quickly became a central component of each project.

Worked under skilled carpenters on a crew of 5 remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, basements, main-floors and full house renovations.

Gained experience with tile, vanity & tub installs, cabinetry, trim-work, flooring and more.

Became proficient with most steps of the renovation process, eventually completing projects according to schedule with only myself and 1 other carpenter.

Part of a 5-man framing crew, framing modular buildings and the branded BOXX modular construction trailers.

Required to complete essential framing tasks such as cutting, nailing, standing walls, straightening walls, sheeting and using various exterior insulation products.

Required to work independently on small tasks and occasionally was left to build and sheet simple walls.

Gained experience with wood framing, structural steel as well as steel-stud framing.
