Managed a small team of ramp personnel that serviced a fleet of 19 training aircraft. Handled fuel suppliers/ deliveries as well as building and ramp maintenance including snow removal and organizing contractors for required repairs/ improvements. Worked alongside the CFI in making a safe and efficient ramp for our operation.

Dealt with billing/ dispatching students and renters using our aircraft as well as discussing any questions or concerns that members or customers may have had, whether that be over email, phone or in person.

Operated a De-ice truck at the international servicing narrow to wide body aircraft in conjunction with a team, learned a lot about ice theory and safety involving de-icing fluid. Was also trained as "Ice-man" where I communicated between the pilots and technicians ensuring an effective yet efficient throughput of aircraft through our de-ice bays.

Serviced Westjet aircraft types from the Saab 340b to the Dreamliner. Working on turnarounds with a crew as well as running connections between gates and operating a variety of equipment. Was in training to be a crew chief when COVID layoffs had happened.

Worked under refrigeration Journeyman taking service calls as well as construction and renovations for large grocery stores such as Costco and Save on Foods along with other food distributors. Learned a lot about the industry and the hard work involved.
