I have worked with dogs my entire life, and I have had multiple dogs around my house at all times. Growing up, my family was a huge fan of Boston Terriers and 'squishy face' dogs, as we called them. My love for dogs is immense, and I take great care when attending to the needs of my dogs or the dogs of others I have firsthand experience caring for dogs, specifically for my neighbor's Dachshund, Grace who I took care of until she passed at the age of 18 years old. I also have experience walking multiple of my dogs regularly and walking larger dogs, such as my friend's 120 pound great dane. I would treat every dog under my care as if they were my own, making sure they are safe, cared for, and exercised properly As a Pre-med student at Westmont College, my scheduling and time management is very important to me, so nothing more than a consistent and reliable schedule would work for me. I take pride in owning my responsibilities, whether in the classroom or outside. I have a dog-friendly car available for use. I will be more than happy to start walking dogs as as soon as possible whether in neighborhoods or by the beach if granted this position.
