Since November 18th, 2023, I have been a Hospital Friendly Visitor at St Peter’s Hospital, volunteering every Saturday. Engaging with patients and offering companionship, I have accumulated 39 hours of service, contributing to the well-being of hospital residents. The hospital has residents of elderly age which has helped me to learn to communicate with older people and to offer them a great time.

Volunteering at Orchard Park Secondary’s Homework Club since October 23rd, 2023. Every week, I dedicate my time from Monday to Friday (excluding Thursdays) to assist students from Grade 9 and 10 with their homework and provide academic support. So far, I have completed 76 hours of valuable service.

Commencing on October 12th, 2023, my role as a Youth Education Volunteer at Dominic Augustino Riverdale Community Centre involves providing educational guidance every Thursday. Me and the group of Volunteers (varying from ages 13 to 18) have amazing friendships which has helped improve our teaching skills when working with kids from the age varying from 3 to 10. Every Thursday we have kids from different backgrounds and with each a unique personality. I have learned to adapt and change according to needs of the kids to provide whats best for them. We teach them to read, communicate, solve puzzles and mainly how to grow up as good people in this harsh society we live in. I have dedicated 68 hours to supporting children’s learning and development.

Provided service for Technology and Communications during Church Services and had Assisted Priest in various activities. So far I have provided 20 Hours of Valuable Work

From November 1st to December 18th, 2023, I have passionately written for the Unfiltered Facts Blog on an online website. Each day, I’ve delved into various topics, with a particular focus on shedding light on the challenges today’s youth face, such as the prevalent issue of vaping in schools. Through my contributions, totaling 20 hours, I aim to inform and spark conversations about pressing issues affecting our younger generation.

I dedicated three impactful days to volunteering, contributing over 570 hours to various initiatives. During this time, I actively engaged in tasks ranging from community support to organizational activities, showcasing my commitment to giving back, example Master Coordinator of Vacation Bible School 2022, technology help, music help and choir service. These experiences allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams, further honing my skills and passion for making a positive difference.
