• Ensure the smooth operation of cabinet installation from start to completion. This includes managing timelines, resources, and any issues that arise on-site.
• Ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and following safety protocols.
• Check the quality of the work being done, ensuring that the cabinets are installed according to specifications and meet the company’s standards.
• Maintained a safe and productive work environment by enforcing strict adherence to safety guidelines, promptly addressing any hazards or non-compliance incidents.
• Checking for any defects or issues in the cabinets or installation process. Ensuring everything meets both the customer's specifications and company standards.
• Identifying and solving problems like missing parts, damaged items, or installation complications before they affect the project.
• Working with other professionals (e.g., electricians, plumbers) to ensure that all aspects of the kitchen project are handled properly, including utilities that might affect cabinet installation (e.g., sink or appliance placement).

• Scheduling and monitoring sub-trade – Ensuring all units are properly completed under
the architectural plan and verifying their quality work on a daily basis
• Identify and document deficiencies prior to releasing schedule and coordinate industry
quality inspections with developer inspectors
• Work collaboratively with Project team, Lead Foreman’s, and management to interpret
and review drawings with developers – ensure scaling plans and measurements are
correct
• Engage in strategic planning initiatives that result in increased efficiency and continuous quality improvements
