Bodybuilding

I have always been a physically active individual. I played soccer from the age of 4 to the age of 17. I played various other sports such as basketball, volleyball, and track. I was introduced to the gym and bodybuilding around the age of 16. I fell in love with understanding the movement of the human body and the various muscles that allow us to function. During my time in grade 11 and 12, fitness classes became available to my school schedule and continued to learn and improve myself. I continued to workout during University in between classes and assignments. I began to take my fitness to the next step back in 2021 when I graduated University and moved to Angus, Ontario. I now had the time to properly develop a workout split, meal plan and an organized daily schedule to better myself physically and mentally. The gym became a place of comfort and an area where i could gain knowledge from fellow gym enthusiasts and make friends. The gym became a part of my identity and has allowed me to focus on goals not just for myself but gives me the drive and motivation to be the best I can for those around me. By continuing my drive and love for the gym, I hope to apply this to my goal of becoming an OPP officers.

Additional Information

For additional information to know about myself to whom may be reading this, I am a very dedicated individual. I always strive to be there for those who need me. If anyone in the workplace needed a shift to be covered, I would volunteer, if overtime is offered I am the first to sign myself up for it. I do what I can to show up for those that are important to me and that includes people within the workplace. I like to build personal and professional relationships with those I work with to create a happier, more positive and trusting workplace. I am open to learn all that I can from my superiors, and eagerly ask questions to assist myself in becoming more knowledgeable.
