While working on his Business Degree at Memorial University, he worked for Red Bull Canada, promoting the brand and product on his campus, and for the Universities Athletics department organizing and managing game operations. After graduating, Ryan began working as an Account Manager at Robot Interactive + Marketing, leading several client campaigns. It's here that Ryan learned to shift gears as it pertained to client goals. He later took that knowledge and skill to Newfound Marketing.
