  • The people are chosen by going through a leadership camp and learning all kinds of leadership skills through the course of the days in camp. Once you finished the days of the training, you have then received an honors award.

What you did to earn award:

  • On the first day of the camp, we were put in a group of people that we did not know. However, we must work together as a team using our leadership skills to overcome obstacles. We watched videos on learning skills as a leader such as communication, helping others, and teamwork. Also, being in charge of a job, songs, skits, and games.

  • The approval of the rank takes several years of dedication in the Scouting community. It is earned by earning the 7 ranks of Scouts BSA; Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, Life, and Eagle. You also have to pass a board of review.

What you did to earn award:

  • I participated in Scouts for more than 10 years. You have to climb up a ladder to achieve this Eagle rank where you earn most of the 7 ranks until the last highest achievement in scouting. Besides earning the 7 ranks, I have to earn 21 required merit badges to be eligible. Also, I have to propose, plan, and carry out an Eagle Service Project.
