I was fortunate enough to gain a well rounded ability in skilled workmanship in my career at Cedar Springs. That along with the firmly instilled values of excellence, integrity and professionalism I was well equipped, at 31 years of age, to further develop by starting a business venture of my own. No other experience has provided such a rapid personal and professional growth. As quickly as the benefits of self employment became apparent, the advantages & comforts of being a part of a prestigious team were missed.
