This is the first year I have involved my self in coaching. I saw it as a great opportunity to expand on my leadership capabilities, all while doing something I am passionate about.  

As a kids' baseball coach I play a multifaceted role, balancing the need for skill development, team building, and fostering a love for the game, all while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for the players.
