Responsible for implementation of the company's Environmental Protection Program at CNL's Whiteshell site.

  • Responsible for implementing company's environmental protection program that needs to adhere to Canadian federal, and Manitoba provincial regulations, that is based on CSA N288 series of standards.
  • Office Responsibilities: Proposal writing, Procedure Writing, Report writing, field program scheduling/planning, environmental Responsible for organizing field sample collecting, running radiological counting lab, and sample management office. analyzing various forms of environmental data to produce reports for stakeholder or regulatory bodies.
  • Major components of environmental protection program included Effluent Verification Monitoring, which focused on determining sites releases to environment. Environmental monitoring program that determined impact to general public members. Groundwater monitoring program which assessed fitness for service of various waste repositories on site to see if they contaminating local ground water supply.
