Job Responsibilities:

• Assembles components, assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Build Module systems for Semiconductor laser machine called 7X10 Compression Head/ XLR 300 Comp Head
• Assembles Reactor main components that will be use for the module in order to complete build
• Bent copper and makes shape accordingly
• Use laboratory tools
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to specifications.
• assembly of electronic equipment such as cables, harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards. Hammers,
• Screwdrivers, screws, adhere, ESD
• Soldering cables that will be installed in the module system
• Follows Engineering Drawings
• Communicate with team Technicians and Engineers
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or subassemblies.
• Performs Water Leak Check on finished builds
• Enters data module test results on the systems
• Record system test results
• Print labels for finish completed system.
• Assembled and aligned parts and fixtures using hand and power tools
• Kept work areas organized, tidy, and clean for maximum productivity.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies that do not meet testing criteria
• Solder and disolder PCB boards
• Uses test equipment for leak testing hi-pot if it pass or fail and re-tested after reworks.
• Adhere putting labels on chasis/ electrical components. Mixing chemicals for adherence on some components
• Assemble component parts into finished products by using hand tools, power tools
• Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawing
• Attach parts and sub-assemblies together by using bolts, screws, rivets, adhesives
• Build electronic devices independently or with a team when needed
• Ability to work with crimp tools, wires, and cable assemblies

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
• Uses assembly documentation, schematics and wiring diagrams to assemble, test, rework or upgrade sub and final assemblies
• Label parts and components with identifying information
• Performs in-line inspection to ensure assemblies and parts all meet production specifications

• Use multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment to test and troubleshoot assembled electronics

• Ensures that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintains a clean work area, and is responsible for designated tools routine maintenance and calibration
• Follows production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions with general supervision

• Diagnose and determine cause and remedy for detective assemblies, parts and/or components

• Perform Returned Medical products inspection and analyze the problems and write it on Microsoft excel for a full reports on failed medical devices
• Build and assemble various units such as cable and harnesses assemblies, power supply assemblies, modules, chassis, panels, and electronic systems and sub-assemblies
