Representing the owner in the process management of national and provincial highway projects, including new construction, reconstruction, and maintenance projects, across the stages of design, bidding, implementation, and completion acceptance. Appointed as the Chief Engineer for the S247 Highway Reconstruction Project in 2023, mainly responsible for on-site management, technical and change management. From 2017 to 2023, awarded "Advanced Individual" by the Ma'anshan Highway Management Service Center for seven consecutive years, "Excellent Worker" in the Municipal Association for Science and Technology from 2017 to 2021, and "Advanced Individual" in the 7th Council of the Provincial Highway Society.

Assist the logistics manager in monitoring supermarket inventory and sales plans, and in developing and optimizing warehousing and distribution plans to ensure timely product supply and a smooth supply chain. Support the logistics manager in analyzing logistics costs and reducing logistics expenses by lowering inventory levels and improving the product procurement and distribution processes, thereby maintaining a competitive price advantage for available products.Awarded "Outstanding Employee" by the company consecutively from 2009 to 2013.
