• Verified the air waybill for each shipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with international and Canadian regulations.

• Implemented an intermodal import strategy for the final delivery of saffron from Ottawa airport to various locations in Ontario and Quebec. This approach combined air freight with road transportation, optimizing delivery times and reducing overall logistics costs.
