Performs various calculations, determines and takes appropriate actions on the taxpayer’s return or account and informs the taxpayer of the findings. In the case of administrative relief, analyzes the information received, determines facts, reviews applicable parts of acts and policies and formulates recommendations to management to accept or deny the request, as applicable.
