The launch of a small MVNO operator called PHL, which was a subsidiary of MCI's mother operator(MNO), and this whole project was carried out by a vendor called SYSTEERS, who had a good track record in implementing MVNOs, and to connect MNOs with MVNOs, an MVN platform was launched by the vendor. I was the project manager of the IT side and managed the project. My team and I Identified departmental needs and made suggestions regarding technical direction.
