Leader in Training (LIT) for a Summer day- and overnight-camp for up to 150 camp attendees and staff. Developed leadership, communication, organization, and adaptation skills in fulfilling the following responsibilities and activities:

Kitchen Duties

• Cleaned Kitchen area
• Organized mechanical washer and washed dishes manually
• Sorted and put away dishes in proper locations

Meal Service

• Organized tables, chairs, and place settings
• Prepared beverages and put out food from cooking staff
• Clean tables before and after meal service

Camp Duties

• Cleaned cabins, dining hall, and washrooms
• Supervised camp attendees from ages 5 to 15
• Assist with camp programs and events
• Direct traffic and facilitate camper intake and departure

Demonstrated time management, leader ship skills, and team building with the fallowing.

Duties

• worked with other leaders for games and activity's
• Cleaned up messes and work areas.
