  • I possess significant consultation, change management and interpersonal skills. For over 20 years I have been working in the field of Human Resources such as HR Liaison Advisor, I’ve done special projects with the HR Business Partner of DSRP in developing and implementing DSRP HR business services, in working on corporate projects, developing tools and templates, programs, strategies and approaches that support the DSRP HR business needs and it’s onboarding. I was also chosen to be on the committee for the HRMS renewal Team. I have extensive experience involving the study, interpretation and application of Human resources policies, practices and procedures, conditions of employment and collective agreements such as for; ADG, TKG, RPG etc. I am experienced in effectively in handling highly confidential material, cases. Also, I have extensive experience in managing projects, events and complex activities such as the opening of the 181 Queen building, the unveiling of the West block and team building conferences. In 2022 I was selected to be one of the members for the Pay and Equity Committee. As a member I work to identify discrepancies in compensation between male and female dominant jobs of equal value in our workplace and develop and maintain a Pay Equity Plan for the Administration. And finally, for the last few years I was given the task of managing the Members of Parliament web sites with the department of Digital Media and Connected Systems. My principal role is to delegate employees to do sites evaluations and calling MPs is part of my duties. I am very comfortable providing guidance and recommendations at all levels of an organization.

HR and Administration Coordinator

  • As the HR and Administration Coordinator for DMCS, I am accountable for the delivery of a range of human resources support services, including short-term recruitment and staffing, interpretation of collective agreements, office and equipment allocation and other related issues, and the coordination of training, non-delegated services in areas managed by corporate HR Services (e.g., staffing and classification requests, etc.)
