Kathleen Avenue-Burnaby BC 2022-2025

Supervised PM in charge of the Construction Contract Admin Stage for this rental building with 90 accessible units. Occupancy achieved in March.

Georgetown Phase 1 - Surrey BC, 2023-2025

Project supervision to support PM in charge. This project is currently at Construction Contract Admin Stage.

BMG City Center -Surrey BC 2025

Mixed use residential towers,with Daycare and extensive outdoor amenity areas.

• Team leader, to Professionally coordinated Project intent with Client and the team of consultants to develop architectural design drawings from Design to Construction Stage.

PROJECTS:

• Georgetown -Surrey B.C. 2022 Project in 3 phases. Mixed used Residential/commercial. Phase 2 is 31 storeys, 355units, 4 underground parking levels, and separate Restaurant/commercial building.
• Third Towers – Surrey B.C. 2021-2022 Mixed use Residential, commercial,and Daycare. Two towers, 45 storeys and 39 storeys.
• Kathleen Avenue -Burnaby B.C. 2020-2022 Residential Rental building, 31 storeys, 5 underground parking levels.
• Silver Avenue, Burnaby B.C. 2017-2022 Project Manager at CCA stage. Two towers, Mixed used. First tower is finished, second tower will be finished this year.

• Project coordination from Development Permit, Building permit and Construction Drawings coordination; CCA Field Services. Team leader, and primary contact for project consultants and client requests during working drawing stage for BP and Construction. Management of Project at CCA stage, responsible of performing Site Review and meetings, RFI responses, Shop Drawing review, and Supplemental Instructions.

PROJECTS:

• Silver Avenue, Burnaby B.C. 2015-2017 Coordinator and main contact person, working closely with Senior Project Manager and leading team meetings to coordinate the various aspects of the project, from Design development to Construction drawings. This project is a mixed used development, consisting of 2 Residential Towers with Commercial areas at ground level, 7 office levels, Daycare and Restaurant.

• 41 East Hastings, Vancouver B.C. 2014-2016 I was responsible to coordinate Development Permit application, Building Permit, Construction Drawings. Managed the CCA stage of this project: performing Site Reviews, answering Request for Information, and Issuing Site Instructions. This project was LEED Gold certified, 14 Storey, mixed use, affordable housing for women in Downtown East Side Vancouver.

• Proximity, Vancouver B.C. 2013-2015 Project coordinator and manager under supervision of Senior Manager; from CD Stage to CCA Stage. 12 Storey building, mixed use including Commercial units and townhomes on the ground level.

• Opsal, Vancouver B.C. 2011-2013 Project coordinator and manager under supervision of Senior Manager. 24 Storey Residential High-rise and Heritage component. Tower has two commercial units (Restaurants) on the ground floor, residential amenity area with Spa and gym; and two Pent-house levels featuring large terraces and hot tubs. Tower shares a courtyard with the re-built Heritage Building.

• Hotel Georgia Tower, Vancouver, B.C. 2008-2012 Project coordinator from Construction drawings stage to Construction Contract Admin. 50 Storey Mixed use building, including 8 parking Levels, 11 Commercial Levels, 37 Residential levels, Spa, Fitness and Pool, shared between Hotel guests and Residents; and Amenity Area, for only Residents including a Movie theatre for 12 people.

• Second and Crowe, Vancouver, B.C. 2007-2008 10 Storey Residential with Live-and-work Units on ground level. Building was designed with LEED silver standards, and features a green roof.

• Mantra, Vancouver B.C. 2007 5 Storey Mixed use building, with commercial area at ground floor.

• H & H, Vancouver, B.C. 2006-2007 16-Storey, 192-unit high-rise residential building.

• Front beach development including 5 five-storey all concrete buildings, pool, club house and multi-purpose area. I was in charge of managing the site: construction staff /trades, material supply coordination, project progress supervision, schedule coordination of trades, contractors and material suppliers.

• Responsibilities: Architectural and interior design drawings, millwork and architectural custom details; field review of the design during construction stage. Preparation of Building permit drawings.
• Projects:
• Villa Sabalo Single Family vacation home renovation and extension of existing building. Home Featured 10 bedrooms, play room, theatre, disco, huge terrace with “infinity” pool.
• Casa Torrado - Mediterranean style single family vacation home. New construction.
• Villa Tres palapas - Mediterranean style Single family vacation home.

• Responsibilities: Building permit and Construction drawings for Government subsidized housing. Review of design on site and reporting to design manager.
