  • Responsible for transferring Alcatel-Lucent System integration division from Alcatel to Celestica in 3 months. Established a Value Stream Mapping lean process with many kaizen blitzes before and after the transfer. Established staffing and training model for MFG. Working closely with Engineering and SCM to establish strategy deployment for Alcatel division.
  • Lead and manage a new direct of fulfillment transfer from Alcatel to Celestica Toronto. The new transfer gave Celestica full responsibility of the products from ordering parts, SMT, X-ray, wave, ICT, integration box, test and order fulfillment where a product is shipped directly to Alcatel’s customer. Engage in many Kaizen and lean blitzes to improve the efficiency of the operation. Drive toward kanban and POU material solution for each MFG cell. Working with Finance and general manager on setting up quality, cost and efficiency metrics for the division.
